LawGro seamlessly integrates with GoToConnect and allows you to capture all your phone calls to LawGro. You can then file your time spent on phone calls (incoming and outgoing) either manually or automatically to your preferred legal practice management system like Clio, PracticePanther, Litify and many more.

 

Capturing your outgoing calls on GoToConnect


There are multiple ways to make phone calls from GoToConnect:

1. Using LawGro MagicTime Chrome extension

This allows to make calls from any website you visit using Chrome. Just locate any number and right click to initiate a phone call to that number


This automatically opens the LawGro page to initiate the phone call to that number. 


 

Click call to make the call. You shall get an incoming call on your GoToConnect app (web/desktop or mobile), where you should accept the call so that GoToConnect can initiate the call to your desired number

Or click on Our chrome extension icon and click the 4th button

Then the steps are similar as mentioned above.


 

2. Directly from GoToConnect Desktop app or Web login or mobile app.

 

Once the call is done using either way, the calls will show in LawGro timelog.

Capturing your incoming calls on GoToConnect

Its pretty simple, just receive your call on GoToConnect web, desktop or mobile app and once you hang up, it will show in your LawGro timelog, from where you can then file it your legal CRM

Automatically filing of your phone calls to your legal CRM

You can set rules to file your timesheet automatically, as soon as you finish a phone call using GoToConnect. It works like a magic, you make a call and the time entry shows up in your legal CRM. You don’t have to do anything. Just visit our rules page and set the predefined Phone call rule for incoming and outgoing calls.

 

You can also edit the minimum duration of call that should be filed automatically. e.g. If you set file more than 5 minutes of call, all calls above 5 minutes will be automatically filed and all calls under 5 minutes will be shown in your time log for you to review and file manually.
