Connect your Zoom account to LawGro MagicTime to seamlessly capture time spent on various online meetings using Zoom and then file it your legal practice management app like Clio, PracticePanther, RocketMatter, Litify, Soluno, Nulaw, CaseTempo etc. 


To connect your Zoom account with LawGro MagicTime:


1. Go to Zoom integration page.


2. Click Connect. 


3. Login to your Zoom account 


4. Authorize LawGro MagicTime to access your Zoom account 



Your Zoom account is now connected to LawGro MagicTime and you shall see all details of time spent on various meetings on Zoom on your time log in LawGro MagicTime. As and when you keep conducting meetings, the time spent data will seamlessly synchronize with LawGro MagicTime without any intervention.


To see a log of all the zoom meetings follow the following steps: 

1. Host a zoom meeting

2. After zoom meeting is completed, synchronize the zoom account to LawGro. We will do this periodically but you can also visit https://up.lawgro.com/integrate/zoom and click "sync". The sync usually takes 2-5 mins but can take upto an hour to complete. 

3. Once completed if your meetings are longer then 1-min they will appear in your timelog at https://up.lawgro.com/apps/praxis/mt/my-log-new


You can also create rules to automatically file these time logs to your legal practice management app.


Uninstall your Zoom account from LawGro MagicTime:


Uninstall zoom from LawGro visit https://up.lawgro.com/integrate/zoom and click "disconnect".


This will stop getting any of the future meeting details into LawGro.
