Once you connect your legal practice management app (e.g. Clio, PracticePanther, etc.), MagicTime gets all team members available on your legal practice management app.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
Click on the Team link on the left menu bar.
You can see all your team members on MagicTime along with their current status. By default, all team member's status is displayed as pending.
You need to send an invitation to team members from MagicTime for them to join your firm as a team member. The only firm administrator can send an invite to the team members.
An email will be sent to the user who can use the instruction and links in the email to join your firm in MagicTime.
Once they have accepted the invitation and joined the firm, their status will reflect Joined.
